Terms of Service

1. Definitions

• Account – Your registered profile used to access the Services.
• User Content – Any text, images, photographs, videos, or other materials you upload, input, or submit through the Services.
• Generated Output – AI-generated reports, analyses, or other deliverables produced from your User Content.
• Platform – The websites, applications, and tools provided by us.

2. User-Generated Content & Copyright Responsibility

a. Ownership – You retain ownership of all User Content you upload. We claim no ownership rights over it.

b. License to Us – You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, and display your User Content solely to operate and improve the Services.

c. Responsibility – You are solely responsible for ensuring your User Content:

• Does not infringe any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.
• Is lawful, accurate, and appropriate.
• Has the necessary permissions from third parties depicted or represented in the content.

d. No Unauthorized Content – You must not upload material that:

• You do not own or have rights to.
• Contains explicit, abusive, or unlawful material.
• Includes viruses or malicious code.

e. Copyrighted Materials – If you upload copyrighted photographs or other media without authorization, you assume all legal risk. The Company is not liable for any intellectual property disputes arising from User Content.

3. AI Processing & Generated Output

a. Processing – User Content may be analyzed by AI models to generate suggestions, reports, or other outputs.

b. Use of Output – Generated Output is for your personal or internal business use unless otherwise agreed in writing. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any output before relying on it.

c. No Sharing Without Consent – We do not sell, rent, or share your User Content or Generated Output with third parties, except as required by law or to provide the Services.

4. Account Registration & Security

• You must provide accurate information when registering.
• You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access.

5. Acceptable Use Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Misuse or interfere with the Services.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or bypass access controls.
• Upload harmful code or unlawful material.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

• The Platform and its components are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.
• Your User Content remains yours; Generated Output is licensed to you for permitted uses.
• You must not remove any copyright or proprietary notices from the Platform or Output.

7. Payments & Refunds

• All purchases are final.
• Due to the costs of AI processing, we do not offer refunds except where required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

• The Services are provided “as is” without warranties.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for legal claims arising from User Content you provide.
• Our total liability is capped at USD $100.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates against claims related to your User Content and your use of the Services in violation of these Terms or applicable law.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, we may delete your User Content and Generated Output, subject to legal retention obligations.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, excluding its conflict-of-law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Florida.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
